The worst condition now

My temperature is up again. Coughing is getting worse and I have a headache instead of a stmachache. Terrible.

sand: I'm studying English every day but I don't seem to improve! I sometimes have to speak English at my job, I want to be active internationally both in business and in helping poor children around the world go to school. And if possible, I'd like to work abroad for a few years. So I need to be able to speak English. Please give me advice and point out any strange English!
