- I'm studying English every day but I don't seem to improve! I sometimes have to speak English at my job, I want to be active internationally both in business and in helping poor children around the world go to school. Maybe their most effective trick was to get visitors to pay for their not very impressive show. I saw a web site about a place called Takao Trick Art Museum. Is that where you went?
There is a problem with your sentence: "They were not less impressive than I expected."
It can be corrected in two ways:
"They were less impressive than I expected."
"They were not as impressive as I expected."
I haven't been to Takao Trick yet. I know it's a very good museum and its Trick Arts are amazing. I want to go there sometime, but it's a bit far from my place.
