3 days induction program for new mid-career employees is held at the beginning of every month in my new company, and I attended the first day of that today.
Attendees were 20 and HR said it was more than usual. There were both young and old.
Today's items of agenda were almost overview. From Monday, it will get onto details of each department's business and technology which the company provides. I expect those to be useful.
