When I was walking in Ginza yesterday, one foreigner suddenly spoke to me in English. It was the solicitation of an English conversation school. We talked in English for a few minutes, I didn't intended to go to English school though.
He said that I seemed to have a foreign boyfriend. What? Why? What is the criterion of judgment?

Maybe it was your command of English that gave him that impression. I'm pretty sure that your level of English is much higher than the rest of the girls in Japan.
Thank you. But...
If you come to Tokyo sometime, let's meet and talk! You will be surprised at my poor English. Haha. (^o^)
Oh, I hope my English would have improved by meeting you!
If I (ever) go to Tokyo, I'll be sure to look you up.
Unfortunately, our currency is so small that a single meal in Japan amounts to a single day's meal in my country. haha
Of course, I've always wanted to visit Japan! Land of the gadgets and kawaii girls. =P
Haha!
I look forward to seeing you!
